You never pay the full amount up front. The second payment comes only when your system is ready to go live.

Our terms
Terms that protect you
Paying someone before the work is done takes trust. These are the promises we make so you can pay with confidence.
Everything in writing
Your quote lists the scope, price, timeline and what each payment covers. Nothing is left to memory.
A receipt for every payment
You get an official receipt each time. Pay only to the account or merchant number written in your signed quote, and never to a number sent in a chat message.
Test before you pay the balance
You see your system working on a test link before it goes live, so the final payment is for something you have already seen.
No surprise costs
Domain names, hosting, SMS credits and provider fees are named in the quote and charged at cost. Extra features are priced in writing before we start them.
Free fixes after launch
If something we built does not work as agreed, we fix it free for 30 days after deployment.
You own your system
Once you have paid in full, the system, design and content are yours. Your domain is registered in your organisation's name.
A fair way to cancel
If you cancel before we start, we refund your deposit in full. After work starts, the deposit covers the work done so far.
Your data stays private
We treat your records, files and customer data as confidential and use them only for your project.

Common questions
Why do you ask for a 40% deposit?
The deposit lets us set aside time for your project and cover early costs such as design and setup. It also shows both sides are serious. The larger share is paid only when the work is ready to deploy.
How do I know the price will not change?
The price in your signed quote is the price you pay for the agreed scope. It changes only if you ask for something new, and we tell you the cost in writing before we do it.
Are domain and hosting included?
They are listed separately in your quote and charged at cost, because they are paid to other companies. You choose what you need and we help you set it up.
What happens after launch?
We train your staff, hand everything over and fix any problems for 30 days at no charge. After that you can keep us on a monthly support plan, or call us when you need help.
Can I start with something small?
Yes. Many clients begin with a website or one part of a system and add more later. We build so that adding features does not mean starting over.
How do I pay?
Your signed quote gives the account or merchant number to pay into. Pay only to those details and ask for a receipt each time.
