Yes, sometimes. That is why every build keeps a person in charge: the assistant shows its source, flags what it is unsure of, and hands hard cases to your staff. We also review the questions it got wrong, and fix them.
We agree this with you in writing before we start. Your records stay in your own system wherever we can manage it. When a tool needs an outside service, we tell you which one and what is sent.
